DELIVERY & RETURNS

Regarding the delivery of orders, please note that the minimum timeframe from order placement to delivery is six weeks. Customers will be promptly informed of any early deliveries or changes to their order status.

 

In terms of returns, random returns of items will not be accepted. All potential returns must be discussed with our team beforehand to ascertain and address any issues. Additionally, if a customer is unavailable to accept a delivery which is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the costs associated with a second delivery attempt.
