Q: Are there any hidden costs? A: No, all the packaging, formula and labour is included in your price.
Q: I already have a formula, can you manufacture it? A: Yes, we will be happy to create a product with your own formulation if it is possible. Please speak to out team for more details.
Q: Do we offer samples for products? A: Yes, we offer samples before ordering. Bespoke formulations can be requested from £200 per sample.
Shipping
Q: Do we dropship ? A: Yes, we are happy to ship your products to another location as long as it is a pallet-size order and does not require any additional extras e.g. FBA product barcode stickers.
Q: What is our lead time for shipping? A: Our product lead time is 6-10 weeks from order date and shipment is made once the product has been manufactured unless specified by the customer.
Q: Do we offer international delivery? A: Yes, we offer international delivery at the customer's expense unless it is a high-value order.

Q: What digital format are artworks required in? A: PDF or JPG
Q: Can we design and manufacture your product? A: Yes, we have an in-house graphic designer which is happy to create your product labels for an extra cost.
Q: Can I get a 3D render of my product? A: Yes, only if our in--house graphic designer has created your product.
